State Level Agencies and Laws Protecting Consumers against Robocalls, Telemarketers, and Debt Collection Calls in Arkansas:

  1. Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA) (Ark. Code Ann. § 4-88-101 to § 4-88-113): The Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act prohibits false, deceptive, or unfair trade practices.
